Compass and Light (Mental Health & the Church)
Mental health is one of the most complex and far-reaching issues in our community. It crosses every racial and socio-economic line. It affects 1 in 5 people in the United States. Yet, it is an issue that is greatly misunderstood and our community is woefully under-equipped to serve those struggling with their mental health. Join us for a video series and conversation about mental health

Making conscientious choices about technology in our families is more than just using internet filters and determining screen time limits for our children. It's about developing wisdom, character, and courage in the way we use digital media rather than accepting technology's promises of ease, instant gratification, and the world's knowledge at our fingertips. Join parents and guardians from the area as we discuss technology and our children

The School Of Visual and Audio Design (SOVAAD) exists to bring an entirely new brand of creative education to our children, all of which desperately need a voice and an outlet to express themselves fully, flesh out their positive and negative feelings of the word and explore who they truly are and can be. The SOVAAD school is a real conduit to self-confidence, security, expression and self awareness.
